According to the report by the Disability Statistics from the U.S. Census Bureau in 2017/2018 reported that people with a disability in the U.S increased significantly especially among 18-24 ages up to 81.7 %.

This fact inspired me as an instructional designer to create a design that benefits and useful for all of the people including people with disability. Therefore, the Universal Design for Learning is my top track instructional design this week.

In the Universal Design for Learning (UDL), there is three most important aspect that includes in it. First, the representation which means offering information in more than one format. For instance: YouTube Video not only appears sound but also providing subtitle. Then, action and expression mean that UDL provides learners more than one way to interact with the material and to show they are engaged in it, and the last engagement means the instructors to look for multiples ways to motivate viewers/students. The most tremendous aspect is that UDL always considers multiple users.

The second top track instructional design this week is that CRAP.
What is CRAP? and how it affects design?

CRAP stands for Contrast, Repetition, Alignment, and Proximity. This design is one of the good approaches to apply in website e-learning due to it is always considered to visual instead of using text. A website that includes too much text will affect viewers to scroll down. Tom in Tech.co reported that one of the good websites is that high-quality imaginary.
