Don't get satisfied unless you did FeedBack and Iteration process

I would say that I really enjoyed the Feedback & Iteration topic.  This is the most exciting topic in the entire of my long journies. 

The reason is that here I can either maintain my performance or improve it. Also, it is required for a human center approach.

I took an example in the Design Thinking process. The TEST is listed as the last stages of the design thinking process. After testing or receiving feedback, it allows the designer to re-define again which aims to improve the performance of a design or work itself.

Another example is that in the KEMPS instructional design model where Feedback and Iteration take place in several stages of the development process. For instance: the first stage of KEMPS model is 

• Determine the specific goals, and also identify potential instructional issues.

As we may see, a designer not only determines the goals but also identify the goals itself. The second process, Identify characteristics of learners, is also focused on the human center which meets the aim of feedback and iteration goal. The Feedback and Iteration in KEMPS model are really take in every single aspect of the development.
